TLC DRIVER APPLICATION - NYC ONLY

Drivers with a valid DMV license for 2+ years and a current TLC license may apply online for express approval. Please enter your contact information, a photo/scan of your DMV and TLC license. A VMAC driver ambassador will contact you within 24 hours with approval or further information requests.

Please note - you are under no obligation to lease with VMAC when submitting your information. The express application allows VMAC to expedite the approval process to get you on the road faster.
